Duas after prayer
The remembrance (adhkar) the Prophet ﷺ said and taught after the obligatory prayers, with the Arabic text, transliteration, meaning, source and recordings – and a counter for the tasbih.
Right after the salam
When the Prophet ﷺ finished his prayer, he asked Allah’s forgiveness three times and then said (Muslim 591):
Astaghfirullah
“I seek Allah’s forgiveness.”
Three times
Allahumma antas-salamu wa minkas-salam, tabarakta ya dhal-jalali wal-ikram.

Ayat al-Kursi
“Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi after every obligatory prayer, nothing stands between him and entering Paradise except death” (an-Nasa’i, as-Sunan al-Kubra; graded authentic by al-Albani).
Allahu la ilaha illa huwal-hayyul-qayyum. La ta’khudhuhu sinatun wa la nawm. Lahu ma fis-samawati wa ma fil-ard. Man dhal-ladhi yashfa‘u ‘indahu illa bi idhnih.
“Allah – there is no god but Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who could intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and guarding them does not tire Him. He is the Most High, the Most Great.”

The Prophet ﷺ took Mu‘adh by the hand and told him never to leave saying this at the end of every prayer:

Allahumma a‘inni ‘ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni ‘ibadatik.
