Questions about the widget
Is the widget really free?
Yes. There is no fee, no sign-up and no advertising, for any site.
Do I have to update the times?
No. The times are calculated for each day, clock changes included, and the widget moves on to the next day by itself, even on a page left open.
Can I match my mosque’s calculation method?
Yes. Choose the method, the Asr rule and the time format above and the code changes with them. Each city starts with the method used in its country. The widget shows when each prayer begins, not your congregation times.
Do I have to keep the link under the widget?
No, you are free to remove it. If you keep it, it helps other people find these times, and we are grateful.
Does the widget track my visitors?
No. It sets no cookies and runs no statistics or advertising scripts. Like any page it loads from our server, whose ordinary logs are deleted after 14 days; our privacy policy has the details.
Will it work on a phone or on a screen in the mosque?
Yes. It adapts to the width it is given, and it can stay open for days: if the connection drops, the times stay in place until it returns.
